Frustrating experience with the service and machine issues

The machine has been out of order for 3 weeks, and reaching the support team has been extremely challenging. Although the repair took only 2 working days, I was left waiting 4 more days for a delivery date. An £800 machine failing after less than a year is unacceptable! I cannot recommend this brand's appliances.

The machine has been out of order for 3 weeks, and contacting the support team has been a struggle. Although the machine was repaired in 2 working days, they couldn't provide a delivery date for another 4 days. An £800 machine malfunctioned after less than a year! I wouldn't recommend this brand.
