I have, over the years had at least four web masters handling my web site. I can unequivocally say that Mike at great web makers is the best I have had. He is a problem solver of the first rate. He returns calls and addresses any issues I have immediately. When I make a change or request something he is instantly on it. I feel the value I pay for the service and product I receive is better than I have previously had with others. He has a real "can do" attitude which I appreciate. After listing on FindAmerican Rentals I was sold on the idea of developing a website for our 2 properties. The process was time consuming, laborious and frustrating with the individual who was assigned to it. We got close to a good product but there were several 'loose ends' that were never resolved and the payment process through PayPal never did work. I really did nothing with the site (a couple renters tried it but ran into dead ends) until I was contacted by Jason Paul for an annual site maintenance renewal. When I explained some of the issues I had had, Jason Paul very kindly offered to correct them. He did so quickly and he did so efficiently. The payment feature still does not work but that may well be an issue between PayPal and I. I very much appreciated Jason's intervention and the help he and his team provided.
