My Helpmate-accountant-tax preparer is D Smith. Not that my previous tax preparers at Greenback were not all excellent, but D really knows me and my needs and understands my situation (I live in Costa Rica). This year she caught on to the fact that I was not coming forth with my usual tax prep information so she knew that I would not only miss the mid-year filing date, but that I would probably miss the Oct one as well, so she went ahead and obtained the authorizations I might (and did) need. She knows which question she needs to ask me every time. I will continue to swear by (and not at) Greenback for my US tax prep assistance. Keep looking for great people like D. Living abroad and having to deal with taxes, Greenback has made it extremely easy to file. I have been working with Abhilash, who has been extremely helpful and also patient with me. He was available always when I had questions and ensured that I fully had all the correct information & documents ready for submission.
