Second year using Greenback Expat Tax Services. Cannot recommend Rijo Augustine enough who has flled our taxes for the past 2 years.Always filed our expat taxes from UK ourselves until retirement but pension filing made absolutely no sense to us. Thankfully, Rijo sorted it out for us.Communication was fantastic - always got a response, if not immediately, within a few hours even with the time difference.Will be definitely filing again with Rijo.

I read the 1-star reviews before writing this, along with the company’s responses to them, and unfortunately, my experience aligns with those negative reviews. The communication has been terrible, the work incomplete, and mistakes have been made—without any resolution. It took months for them to complete a tax return, and nearly a year later, the process is still not finished.I would appreciate if the company could provide any of the resolutions they claim to offer in their responses to other negative reviews. At this point, even a single email confirming when I can expect an answer would be a step in the right direction.

My accountant always answered my many questions within 16h (even on weekends!). The website is comprehensible with a good overview. Honestly, the process was super easy and the price is lower than other companies. I can only recommend working with them!
