I have been using Greenback Tax Services for about 12 years. During that time I have worked with the same accountant for more than 7 years. We have developed a positive, helpful working relationship. This year, I experienced quite a bit of personal difficulty organizing my tax information for 2024, and my accountant was able to get a filing extension for me. Then later in the year we worked together to get all the documentation together and she did her usual excellent job of preparing the return and doing electronic filing. I feel such a relief that I have Greenback looking out for me.
Robin and Greenback were really amazing. I had a really complicated case and he took me through step by step. In the end my filings were about 200 pages and I could have never done it without them. If you are like me and got behind in taxes being an expat during covid I really could not recommend them more. They cost a bit more than some of the other online services but I think it was pretty clear Greenback was worth it.
