Great service from start to finish . I Yangon a Wednesday afternoon a faulty iPad and a pick up was ranged to take it in within 48hours . It was picked up and I revived a message and phone call saying it couldn’t be fixed on the Wednesday Greenbridge contacted D&G . D&G contacted me on the following Monday and Ihad a new iPad on the Wednesday . Great Service Frim Both.
Outstanding service! The item was picked up by the courier after a couple of days. We received an email reminding us to exit iCloud, which we did, and promptly informed the support team. We then received the repaired product within five days into January. Considering this was during the Christmas period, I was very impressed, and the device is as good as new. Excellent service overall!

The repair was for hardware, but they wiped my system and installed an upgraded software package. They also deleted my recovery partition.
