So far all the people at Greener Energy Group that I have had contact with in person or on the 'phone have been very helpful and seem to know what they are talking about which is reassuring, including Laura, Chloe, Fiona, Debbie and Munro the sales person.
Munro went through the quote, talked to us about finding options & how to apply etc. We've had our energy performance survey, now waiting for technical survey and installation. At each stage, Greener Energy have called to check we were happy. Laura called just this morning. Hoping everything continues just like this.
The experiance was completely seamless and hassle free from start to finish.All appointments and timings were met with various representatives having input at different stages.The survey was accurate, the installation clean and tidy conducted by two very experianced and efficiant individuals. Throughout the process I had a number of dealings with Debbie who was ever helpful in particular during any online activity which I would have had problems with. She concluded her assistance by taking me through the grant payment, explaining everything in a manner which was courteous and understandable.The system I have had installed is perfectly fit for purpose. It allows a pleasant warm property with hot water set to a tempreture of choice.It was money well spent. A thank you to Debbie and everyone involved. Highly recommend.
From our first interaction with Greener energy, until 2 years later, the staff have always been extremely helpful, their customer service is brilliant - loads of pro active calls.We initially had our solar panels installed 2 years ago with 5 kw battery, installation went smoothly and the engineer who came to hook it all up was really helpful and was able to answer all our questions. Fast forward 2 years and we realised we were giving a lot of electricity back to the grid so we decided to purchase another 5 kw battery. This is a decision we have not regretted,particularly with the fantastic weather we’ve been having. Highly recommend Greener Energy,

Laura was helpful and polite on the phone. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how the solar panels work with the smart batteries which would enable us to get the most savings out of the system. Price was reasonable as well. After discussing with my partner we decided not to go ahead. We want to keep our options open for moving house and we can't take the system with us.
