Greener energy supported us through the whole process, particularly when applying for the Grant from HES.Laura and the team kept in regular contact explaining the next steps and advising the best way forward. All appointments were kept on time and calls answered promptly. Very professional with good after sales service.
Already had an air source heat pump and PV panels fitted by another company and asked Green Energy Group for a quote to supply and fit a 5Kw battery and inverter. Was quoted 5k, but if I ordered a 10Kw battery that day, it would only cost 7.5k. This kind of pressure sales technique is not allowed. I ended up getting a 10Kw battery and inverter from Soly. Cost was just over 5k and products are made in the UK. Did some research on the Green Energy Company products and they are Chinese in origin and we all know how cheap Chinese products are. I suspect Green Energy Company have put quite a mark up on the prices while everyone is buying renewables before the price eventually drops.
Joe was absolutely fantastic. Assessment was thorough and any questions answered immediately. A consummate professional. Very excited to get the heat pump sorted and reclaim a great deal of the garden from the oil tank. No more stingy use of heating to save money, still saving despite that! Much appreciated, highly recommended!

Solar, battery and ASHP install.From start to finish great Team effort all round by Greener Energy Group.From initial visit by George on sales, to Tony and Matt on surveys, and then into the solar team with David & Chrissy the sparks all working great in one day - was a long one though… cheers guys.Then last week the ASHP install by Sean and Ali, all done and working great - just need to suss out how it all works now 🤣🤣🤣Special shout out to Davy the joiner who done some pipe box outs after install great job, and is back today to remedy some snagging with the flooring - above and beyond effort and taking pride in his job, impressive.Must also heap praise on the back room team all who have been extra helpful, especially Tavhel in funding helping me through that mind field Final shout to Laura who I spoke to this morning on customer services, thanks Laura.Can’t recommend GER enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
