A complete scam! AVOID AT ALL COST! Terrible service; I booked a premium vehicle but was offered an unknown model at the same price without a discount and with the same deposit charge. The representative operated out of his car, indicating they might be working illegally without an office. Now, I'm left without a vehicle and still waiting for my refund.
