After several follow-ups, I finally received my car after two months. They simply stated that processes take time without transparency about the delays. Regarding quality, the car had been driven significantly more than advertised, the air conditioning was non-functional, and incorrect wheels were installed. I attempted to resolve these issues but lost trust in the platform and canceled my purchase within the allowed period. Now, I'm waiting for my refund. Save your time and money.
