I installed flush mount front turn signals and the integrated fender and turn signal delete for a 22 model. The front flush mounts are fantastic. They fit universally and with a little customization, they look like they should have from the factory. As for the rear, the first one was defective right out of the box (I probably should have tested it first, as is wise with electronics). The support team sent a replacement right away, no questions asked. (I included pictures and a video in an email.) The replacement arrived and tested well. However, under vibration, it exhibited the same issues as the first one. It's nearly impossible to reach someone by phone. I sent some emails, and they provided a new relay. Still, it intermittently doesn't function correctly. Since it's mainly an off-road bike, I’ll manage with these flaws.

I purchased an item and realized it was incorrect upon assembly. I requested a refund, but they deducted over $40 from my $135 payment. They just told me to return it for a refund. I was clear about my handling of the item, which was only assembly, and I even had to cover the $15 shipping cost to return it! If you're considering buying from them, think twice to avoid losing your money!
I bought a tail light delete kit along with blinker pods for a 2024 model. The installation was straightforward! I found a helpful step-by-step video when I got stuck on the adjustable tag plate assembly. It was so simple that even someone with little experience could do it.

I checked out the company after seeing their instructional videos online. The prices are steep, and although I ordered due to the professional appearance of the items, I was hit with nearly twenty pounds in import tax upon entry to the U.K. When I questioned this, they referred to their usual small print. This is frustrating, especially since I found the same rear integrated tail light second-hand for a fairer price without tax. I advise against purchasing from here if you can avoid it.
The service from the company has been extremely slow, and I've been waiting over three weeks for my product. When I finally received my tank pads, I noticed that the center piece was a different style than what I ordered, although the four side parts were correct. It's astonishing that the person packing the goods wouldn't notice the discrepancy and just sent it without checking. I cannot recommend this company at all.
