Bob, our regular contact, always asks if we have spotted any particular weeds that need extra attention, discusses any problems we may encounter etc. and if he is required to attend to a particular problem. He then inspects the lawns, gives us feedback/advice and then treats the lawns. He also pays attention to any problems that may arise. His work is excellent and we will continue working with the company.
We have been with the service for many years, moving through different homes, and over time we have observed a decline in service quality alongside rising costs. The technicians who perform the treatments are excellent, always friendly and courteous.
This service is quite impressive; they arrive as scheduled and carry out the treatment efficiently. You receive an email notification about their arrival, which aids in planning, especially to avoid mowing beforehand. However, I prefer that they don’t come during rainy weather, as I believe it reduces the treatment's effectiveness. I understand they need to operate in various conditions, similar to other companies. Another concern is the subscription model; I wish I could opt for just a weed control package without including the winter moss treatment. Additionally, the weed killer is combined with fertilizer, which I don’t require. My main focus is on eliminating dandelions. Nonetheless, I can't fault the service; the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to perform extra weed treatments at no additional cost. It’s good value for money, easy to communicate with them, and they promptly answer calls, unlike some other services I've encountered. Overall, I'm satisfied! 😊

It’s good value and definitely worth the investment, plus they are easy to contact and respond quickly, which is not the case with some other services. Overall, I'm happy! 😊
