Nice company to deal with… However

Nice company to deal with, very satisfied with products. However, I paid extra to get UPS shipping instead of USPS shipping and instead got USPS priority mail, didn’t want it shipped thru the regular mail.

Shipping issues

Didn't ship out right away and then printed the label and it sat from the 19th to the 3rd before reaching the post office. This may have been a postal error but I reached out to see where my package was and was told I would be contacted, this never happened.
