Neil was extremely helpful

Neil was extremely helpful, approachable and took the time to explain to me in detail all the available options. I would like to highlight that Neil had the decency to let me know that one of the blinds had a fault (actually undetectable to my eye!); left it installed and told me not to pay him until the replacement would have arrived and was fully installed - which happened today. I am very happy with the result.He provides a great service - Highly recommended!

Large Kitchen Blind

Neil had a comprehensive range of products and gave helpful suggestions as to the options available for a replacement large & thick'ish kitchen blind. He was reliable, punctual and mindful of Covid Keeping Safe guidelines. There was a delay in delivery and fitting but this was a result of the current situation rather than any fault of the company. We are delighted with our new blind!

A fantastic service, really pleased.

Neil provided a great service from start to finish. Before even coming over, he shared plenty of ideas with us on WhatsApp first so we could have a think about what kind of Blinds we wanted to go with and he could give us a rough quotation too. Doing this we felt less pressure to make a decision on the spot and it avoided un-necessary visits to the house - particularly important during this pandemic. Once we had made our minds up, he came over to do the measurements and provide a final quote. He then came back about 3 weeks later to fit the blinds even though one set had not yet been dispatched from the supplier. The final set was fitted just yesterday and we're so pleased with how they all look together.Neil confirmed the Blinds come with a guarantee but he also offers a guarantee too. He gave us clear instructions how to use and clean them though so I'm sure they will stand the test of time. Thanks again Neil.
