I have had a fantastic experience with Greenwich Blinds, Neil was excellent from start to finish, very communicative and responsive, friendly, competitive in pricing, gave great advice and suggestions on blinds and went above and beyond his service to help me with my requests and make sure I was satisfied. I would strongly recommend him to everyone who needs blinds!
Neil has fitted blinds for me twice now (the second time I wanted my existing neutral blinds replacing with bolder/ warmer colours) and I've always been impressed with his diligence and breadth of knowledge in his trade. I've been pleased with the outcome both times and have both times appreciated his initial consultation in person to review and choose materials, mechanisms and style of blinds. Not all companies would do this, though the face to face approach and chance to hold the colours up to the window or wall is hugely helpful in order to make an informed decision. Neil is also friendly and personable and obviously cares a lot about what he does. Very competitively priced, too. Highly recommended.
Great service from Neil who really spent the time to understand our requirements and suggested perfect solutions. We had perfect fit blinds fitted in our lounge and curtains in our bedroom. Although Neil had a wide choice of curtain fabrics from his supplier, we chose a fabric available online and he took care of ordering it. Excellent communication throughout. Very happy with the results.
Neil from Greenwich London Blinds recently installed shutters for me in two bedroom windows and a box bay window in a lounge room, which was quite a tricky installation. From start to finish, I felt that the process was very professional and what I liked about Neil's approach is that he was able to explain things very well in layman's language. We got several quotes from other places before choosing Greenwich London Blinds and the main reason for making our decision was Neil's ability to map out the whole process for us, from choosing the design to completing the installation. Although shutters take more time to install than standard blinds I feel that on the whole we made a great decision. Shutters may be an expensive option but when you look at the finished product they are well worth it. They give the house and the two rooms in particular an enhanced appearance from both interior and exterior views. Finally, everything was left in a tidy manner and the snagging completed as required and requested. We were very happy to have had a good job done.
I was looking for some new blinds and came across Greenwich London Blinds. I contacted the company via an eform and Neil promptly called me. We discussed what I was looking for and he sent me some pictures to help me visualise options open to me and set up a meeting to measure and discuss my choices.At our meeting, he talked me through the options open to me and the pro's and con's of the options. The hardest part was selecting a colour amongst the vast array and I did appreciate Neil giving me some pointers when it came to selecting.The whole process was pretty quick, about 5-6 weeks (one set of blinds had a longer lead time) and Neil fixed the blinds into place neatly in a few hours.Really happy with the choices we made and would definitely use him again should the need arise.
