Flawed product and unhelpful assistance

The item (holiday ornament in a globe) was defective and of very poor quality, and I was refused a refund. Instead, they offered a mere $2 USD as a goodwill gesture. They did not acknowledge their error. I suggest avoiding this seller.

Terrible customer service -- avoid!

The service is free, but the password recovery feature is frustrating -- it doesn't send any emails to help you reset your password. Contacting the company is quite difficult, even after multiple attempts. I'm surprised that they are neglecting such a crucial feature.

The site looks appealing, focusing more on aesthetics than functionality, but the main issue is their complete lack of responsiveness to customers. If the features suit you and you don't need to engage with the organization, it might be fine. However, if you have questions not addressed in the limited available information, you won't get a response. It seems the effort was invested upfront, and now they just want to coast on customers who prefer a simple experience.
