Review Time
Says shoes were delivered. Customer service claimed they were delivered by both UPS & USPS, which is odd. However, I never received the item [shoes] and “customer service” was completely unhelpful & rude. Essentially Zero customer service, Zero help. Buyer beware!
To me, one of the most important measures is not just the product, but when something goes wrong, how is the customer service? Their customer service is excellent; I found the agent to be very pleasant, and a solution was negotiated, leaving me feeling valued.So far, I am loving my barefoot shoes. They are perfect for my level of activity.
I received my order about a week after I ordered them. I normally wear a 9 1/2 so I ordered a W10. My toes are at the very tip of the shoes. I have worn them a few times and they are quite comfortable. What I am more upset about is that a week after I ordered them , they came on sale for $20 less than what I just spent, on the same site.
Well, these were sold as legitimate shoes on your website. I have to say I’m extremely disappointed because you can’t really go outside in the rain with these and expect your feet to stay dry. That was the first experience I had. Additionally, I noticed when it comes to comfort, they were not great as just after a couple hours I began to notice that my feet were beginning to hurt. At this price point I can’t really recommend these. In my opinion they’re more like water shoes or beach shoes. You might be better off using these to go for a swim in the ocean, or perhaps a stroll on the beach.
