I am not satisfied with this product. The shoe has no support and no comfort. I asked to return only to get a counter offer of 30 % discount and keep the product. Now why keep a product you will never use? Then a second offer of 50% off with no return, again why keep something you will never use? I just want a return! Then rules for return, only their carrier is permitted if you use any other you will not be refunded. Not very customer service oriented. Too many rules not enough service
I have had mild neuropathy for 4 years. I eat healthy, lost a lot of weight, am not diabetic but I do deal with balance due to this issue. Some shoes do hurt the toes on right foot. BUT, this footwear makes my feet so happy! I feel confident I’m not going to slip when walking and I feel more grounded. They are worth the money in every way! Thank you for creating this funky shoe! ❤️
When I opened the package I was surprised at the light weight of the footwear and thought to myself, these things will never be any good, and was I ever so wrong. I did not put the footwear on until the next morning instead of the house slippers I usually wear inside the house. my feet are happy and somehow my back is happy also now, they are without a doubt the best shoes I ever have bought, they are amazing.
