These shoes are fantastic, reminiscent of those offered by a well-known brand. As a nurse practitioner specializing in geriatrics, I've observed that older individuals, particularly those with reduced foot sensation, achieve better balance when they can feel the ground. These shoes certainly facilitate that. Additionally, the intricate striping on the top makes them easier to put on compared to similar styles without the toe striping. The new beige color matches almost everything!

These shoes are unparalleled

These shoes are unparalleled. I have a bunion and struggle with balance, but neither issue bothers me when I wear them. I wore them all day for two weeks in a city, averaging about 16,000 steps daily. One downside: I wish they were warmer for colder weather.

Great resolution after a defect

My first pair of shoes had a defect where they weren't glued well at the toe. Initially, my complaint went unresolved, but I eventually spoke with a kind representative who sent me a replacement pair for a reasonable price and covered the shipping. Now I can give this company a positive review.

Dissatisfied with customer service

I've previously purchased shoes and was satisfied with the company. However, after contacting customer service about worn-out shoe liners, I was informed I could buy replacements, but the sizing information was unclear. It took multiple emails to get answers. I needed to return two out of three pairs ordered, but the return process was not straightforward. After several communications, I found out I had to return all three pairs for a full refund. I will be shipping them back tomorrow and look forward to parting ways with this company.

Defective shoes and poor refund process

I bought these shoes on July 21, 2025, and after light use, they developed three structural holes. The representative and supervisor refused to issue a refund beyond the 30-day policy. I've filed a complaint with the state attorney general today. Many others have reported similar issues. I will update this review once I receive my refund. Additionally, after following up, they insisted I pay for a replacement pair for defective shoes that developed holes within 90 days.
