Great site with incredible staff and moderators that run the site well and quickly address any concerns. Have bought a few rifles from this site and will continue to frequent this site. Highly recommend for any used guns or parts needed.
My partner has used Gun post for well over a year now and I am posting on their behalf with permission. It is a great shame that the moderators/admins seem not to have developed the customer service aspect of the business. Communication from the team is unprofessional at best and downright rude/condescending at worst While I enjoy the site and the functionality that it provides, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to be impartial to both sellers and buyers is far from desirable. Gun Post typically will side with sellers and often hand out account bans to customers who they disagree with, even with blatant evidence that they themselves are in the wrong. I might add that I normally will never leave a negative review despite my experiences with a business, the customer service has been so, so poor from Gun Post that I felt I had to make an exception in this case. Hopefully someone from management see's this review, however from reading the previous responses to other reviews, I very much doubt it ever will reach that level.EDIT Once again, your lack of a professional response is sorely disappointing. Any company worth their two cents would understand this. I am not a banned user and will continue to sell on your site. I kept this review anonymous for fear of retribution from your awful customer service department (if you can even call it that).
I've made 20 transactions on this site and the platform is well run. You have to remember most people will usually only leave a review if they're pissy about something. The rules are clearly stated, and we as legal gun owners don't have anything if we don't have our word. Unfortunately, many people don't think like that and act like "kijidiots". I find it is a good idea to trust the reviews by other members if you want no bullsh#t. To the people at Gunpost, thanks for providing this site and keep up the good work weeding the kijidiots out.
I have been using Gunpost for about 3.5 years. I have had 175 positive reviews both buying and selling and my rating is 5 stars. (I hope that's not a jinx...lol).I have read through the Gunpost reviews on this sight (which I ran across by accident) and I am honestly surprised by the negativity, and more so the character of PAL holders. I have had pretty much positive experiences on Gunpost. In fact I prefer it to CGN, which i also have many positive reviews on. It hasn't always been roses... as a few times (out of hundreds) I have posted an ad and it has been put under review or suspended. In those few case I believe once they contacted me first and a couple of times I contacted them as to why. In all case a sensible explanation was given and I was able to make minor changes to my ad and have it reinstated. i may not have been happy about it but at least i understood why I had a minor inconvenience. Honestly they are running a business and I find them very fair and responsible about it. I once had contact with an obvious scammer (brand new ... like less than an hour member with no ratings and a too good to be true deal) and reported them and they were gone in 10 minutes. I find Andre and team run an excellent site and have made it possible for me to to enjoy my hobby in a safe, fair, and open environment. Like everything in life... you do have to exercise a bit of common sense, understand the rules, and communicate clearly. Rest is easy. Thanks so much Andre and team :)
Very unprofessional moderators. I received a spiteful, arrogant response to an inquiry while experiencing technical difficulties.The response from gunpost.ca quite literwlly proves my review. "Emotional imagination" what a term to perscribe to somebody you don't know - not professional and takes things highly personally. I am unconcerned with their opinion of me but that proves that no policies exist in regard to conduct and thus people's personal information is at risk with a lack of structure and discipline.
I have bought and sold on GunPost and my experience has been positive. I had a question for it’s Administrator(s) and their reply was prompt.I have communicated with several Folks about purchases and sales that in the end did not close and everyone that I have dealt with were courteous and pleasant.I browse the site daily from my easy chair and enjoy it.
