Order delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

My order arrived on time, was accurate, and matched the description perfectly. The pricing was reasonable and typical for the item. The delivery experience was fantastic. The courier took the initiative to reach out to me and ensured I received my order, which I truly value given my past issues with package theft using other services. I appreciated the attention and thoughtfulness. They were also very pleasant.

Disappointing experience this time around

I had previously ordered from this company a few years ago without any issues. However, I don't know what has changed, as I placed an order on November 27 and still haven't received it nearly a month later, despite being in the same country. Customer service provided no satisfaction in tracking it down. After several emails, they finally agreed to issue a refund, but I still didn't have my daughter's gift in time for Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again or suggest anyone else do so.

Disappointed with the service this year

I used to really enjoy using the service, but this year has been quite the letdown. The product selection and ingredient lists are lacking. They never mentioned that one item contained Polysorbate 80. I was interested in purchasing Xylitol, but they only offer a limited variety, and the ingredient states 'pure xylitol.' I discovered it's derived from corn, not birch, which feels misleading since there are no birch options available. I checked to see if the company had changed ownership, and it looks like they did in December 2024, which raises some concerns. This same company also acquired another well-known brand. As for shipping, I ordered a shampoo that arrived damaged in a plastic bag; a chunk of plastic was missing, and it seemed like it was broken before shipping. I did contact customer support, and they refunded my money, but with the influx of subpar products and ingredient transparency issues, along with the recent negative feedback I've seen, I think I might be done with this service. It just doesn't feel the same anymore, and I no longer trust the new management.

Poor Handling of Defective Products

If everything goes smoothly, they deserve a perfect rating, but their handling of defective items is lacking. The representative I interacted with was condescending and didn't address my concerns at all.

Mostly Good Service, but Issues Persist

I've generally had positive experiences with this service, and they are usually quick to resolve any issues. However, one of my recent orders was packed poorly, which seems to be a recurring problem. I wonder if the holiday rush is affecting their quality, as it does not reflect well on them.

Avoid Ordering Here

I placed an order on November 15, 2025, and was initially notified it had shipped, but then received an email about a problem. By November 22, I was informed the order was damaged and that they would contact us shortly. When I called on November 26, they said they were waiting to receive the damaged order before reshipping it. Why the delay? Terrible customer service!

Room for Improvement Needed

I want to support smaller businesses, but this service has issues. I've received damaged goods multiple times, and my messages to support have often gone unanswered. Recently, I placed an order for groceries, and after five days, it still hadn’t even shipped. I’ll be looking for other retailers that offer similar products.

Let Down by Recent Experience

I'm disappointed to say this service has let me down. While I’ve had good experiences previously, my last order was mishandled, and support has been unhelpful. After two weeks of delays with no clear answers, they just canceled my order without my consent. I’ve spent nearly $1000 and want to support local businesses, but I can’t gamble on whether my orders will arrive. They offered me a $25 gift card, which barely covers the tax on my last order. I really wanted to give them another chance, but their unreliable service has made me reconsider.
