After two disappointing rhinoplasty surgeries in the Netherlands, deciding to undergo a third operation abroad was not an easy choice. Looking back now, choosing Dr. Guray and his team was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Sefa guided me incredibly well from the beginning. He was always patient, clear, and supportive, and he arranged a video consultation with Dr. Guray on very short notice so that I could openly discuss my wishes, concerns, and the possibilities for a revision surgery. All my questions were answered honestly and professionally, which immediately gave me confidence.
What impressed me most was how efficiently everything was organized. There was no long waiting period — less than three weeks later I was already on a plane to Istanbul for my surgery.

My nerves got the best of me on surgery day, as I only spoke with him briefly before the operation. I had hoped for a more thorough consultation. On another note, my hotel situation was poor, though that’s unrelated to the doctor. Overall, I had a great experience, and the doctor was excellent!
Don’t waste your time looking for other surgeons—this doctor is by far the best! I had a dreadful experience with another surgeon, but after visiting this doctor, he offered to perform correction surgery. I had my correction surgery recently, and it was a completely different experience. I felt safe and well cared for throughout. It’s only been a couple of weeks, and I can already see improvement. I cannot thank him and his team enough.
