Bought the GM2, bench and weights package, really good rack for a home gym. Easy to put together, all holes aligned and no bolts missing. A couple of small accessories I bought were misplaced by the courier. Gym master were straight on with contacting the couriers and arranging delivery of the missing bits.
I recently purchased the GM1 power rack, an Olympic barbell, and some weights from Gym Master, and overall I’m extremely impressed.The power rack itself is very well built and high quality, solid, sturdy, and exactly what you want for a home gym setup. The barbell and weights also feel premium and durable.My delivery arrived in 5 parts but only 4 turned up, so I contacted customer service via email. They were very quick to respond, kept me updated, and sent out a replacement barbell clip which arrived promptly.When I later started assembling the rack, I realised the instructions were damaged. I contacted customer service again and, once more, they responded quickly and sent me an electronic version of the instructions without any hassle.Mistakes can happen, but Gym Master handled everything professionally and efficiently. The products are excellent and the customer service is top-tier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily buy from them again.
I conducted extensive research before I found gym master and how their equipment would fit in my home gym. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their products. Their customer service is impeccable and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Their couriers could be better, but as a business, their equipment is reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I’m sure I will use them again as I continue to add to my home gym space.
Great service, fast delivery, great product. Would highly recommend purchasing from gymmaster better price than the nearest rival for better spec equipment. Half rack has westside hole spacing which is much better for setting safety spotters compared to mirafit half rack.
