I received three appliances as wedding gifts (a kettle, microwave, and toaster). Within just 1-2 years, all of them have stopped working and are no longer functional. These items are not durable, and it seems they are no longer manufactured locally.
I was immediately attracted to the toaster, planning to get the matching kettle. My son is quite particular, and gaining his approval is a significant achievement. He has high standards and cleanliness requirements. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to clean inside the toaster, and he rarely uses it, preferring other appliances that are easier to maintain. While I find it frustrating, it hasn't been used much, and I just need it to function satisfactorily. The design is sleek, but the performance has not met expectations.
I needed to return a microwave oven that developed a fault within the warranty period. The support team was both efficient and friendly. The replacement oven arrived today, less than a week after I sent the faulty one back. Excellent service overall.
