Extremely Frustrating Customer Support. I tried reaching out to the support team through the form on their website, only to receive an automatic response stating they don't monitor their inbox and suggested using the chatbot instead. After that, I attempted to use the chatbot multiple times, varying my messages in hopes of connecting with a real customer support representative, but I have yet to receive any response.

Extremely disappointing experience!

I had an extremely disappointing experience! My parcel never arrived, and the support team is not providing any solutions. They expect me to visit the police station to file a theft report, despite the fact that they left my parcel unattended at my door! I have a busy work schedule and family responsibilities — I can't waste time on this nonsense. This has been a total waste of time and money. $270 gone for nothing. I will not place another order if the shipping service remains the same. I advise others to steer clear of this company!

Unfair Charges for Unused Shipping Labels

The company has begun charging customers for shipping labels that were never utilized. If a label is created and not used within 28 days, it expires without any possibility of a refund. Essentially, they are charging for a service that wasn't delivered. The company states this new policy is intended "to ensure system accuracy and rate validity with our carrier partners." However, offering a refund after the label expires would achieve the same objective. It seems the company is taking advantage of its customers for its own gain, and this is something everyone should be aware of. My team and I will be sharing this information widely, and we encourage you to do the same. Feel free to share this message and help spread the word!

Frustrating Experience with Delivery!

What is going on with this service??? I placed an order on the 10th of December, and it kept indicating that my package would arrive between the 15th and 23rd of December. When the 23rd arrived, there was still no sign of it! Since the 15th, the tracking showed my package stuck in Illinois. I contacted the delivery service, and they were unable to find my package as well. I then reached out to the seller, and they are now sending me a replacement. Guess what arrived this morning at my door? The original lost package! Now I'm going to have four of the same product! THIS SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE THEIR TRACKING!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If I could rate this service lower than one star, I absolutely would. You could literally walk across the country to collect your items faster than waiting for delivery with this service. I sent two packages on November 20th that were supposed to arrive in 3-5 days—now it's December 21st, and I still haven't received either. One package has been marked as out for delivery all day, yet it still hasn't arrived. I will never choose a company that relies on this service again.

Complete failure in delivery and confusing responses to requests for clarification. The platform indicated that the first delivery attempt failed because no one was at home... but we were home all day. The second notification claimed it was delivered the following afternoon, which was also incorrect. They later mentioned that the parcel had been returned to their depot an hour after the supposed delivery time. The next update stated that it was delivered the day after, yet there was no contact from the delivery driver and no sign of the parcel. Their final response claimed it was delivered on the second day after all... despite having previously stated it was scanned back into their depot an hour later. They mentioned an internal investigation was launched, but they are asking me for CCTV footage. An absolutely frustrating experience.

Extremely disappointing service

The service was very disappointing. I paid for express delivery, but there’s no tracking information available. They only confirmed the pickup and mentioned they would follow up in 7 business days. This means I have to wait to see if they can locate a package I paid extra for. When I requested a refund for the difference between express and regular shipping, they refused. I won't be using this service again and will be sharing my experience with others!

This service is incredibly frustrating; I am still waiting for a parcel that was picked up just 30 minutes from the delivery location.
