Our Umrah guide, Brother Aslam Farooqui, was attentive and supportive throughout. When I became unwell midway through tawaf, he ensured I was properly looked after and supported during a difficult moment. His care and calm approach were greatly appreciated.

He checked in with us daily, ensured all our needs were met, organised a tour of Madinah, and assisted us with purchasing dates to bring back to the UK. My parents recently returned from there Hajj trip with Haleema Travels, and they wanted to share there experience. My parents where very impressed with their services. The pre-trip planning was thorough, and they provided them with all the information they needed to prepare for the journey. The accommodations in Makkah, Mina, Arafat and Medina were comfortable and conveniently located. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide assistance. Transportation was well-organised, and we never had to worry about getting from one place to another. The food provided was of good quality and catered to there dietary needs. My parents would highly recommend Haleema Travel to anyone planning to go for Hajj. They made the journey smooth and memorable.
This is my 3rd time booking with haleema travels and as always it didn’t disappoint..I went umrah twice with Haleema travels ones with a 5 weeks old baby I was so nervous but Allahumdulilah Khurram bhai as always booked us the best option he gives the best advice and book u according to ur needs..when it came to hajj we couldn’t trust anyone else other then Khurram bhai and Allhumdulilah we have the smoothest hajj and most beautiful experience..zero complains whatsoever from hotels to Mina to muzdalifa to Arafat we had best locations best food and every facility we needed and most of all Khurram bhai was always there to help along with his brilliant team they all took good care of us and it felt like family I would 100% recommend Haleema travels to every single person going to hajj and umrah. P.S when he says pack light u will be provided with everything PLEASEEE listen to him because u will get EVERYTHING u NEED for the 5 days of hajj..we didn’t use anything we took from home.

My husband and I travelled with Haleema travels for our Hajj this year. We were both very impressed with the amount of planning that had gone into the travel arrangegements, transport, food and accommodation as well as the guided parts of the tour during Hajj. It was apparent that all aspects of the trip were well thought out and planned with the hujjaaj in mind. The whole trip was well organised, seamless and completely worry free. Someone was always on hand to help and support whenever we had any query big or small. Maulana Saab was also on had to answer any Islamic Fiqh queries and without any hesitation or hassle. We would highly recommend travelling with Haleema travels for Hajj or Umrah. Our hotels were close by to the Haram Shareef in Makkah and Madinah, within walking distance and the Mina camps close to the Jamaraat.The only slight improvement I would recommend is having a schedule for the first day, ie knowing the time to pray, have lunch and when we were due to set out for our first Umrah on the first day, to possibly have it on the itinerary so we knew what to expect. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended to travel with Haleema travels. Alhamdulillah for the opportunity. I have nothing but praise for the Haleema team for being accomodating to all of our needs sufficiently.
Professional Yet Friendly, Family-Like ServiceHaleema Travel completely changed my perspective on services in Luton. I explored various local and national options for an Umrah package, spent two hours testing Booking.com, and even reached out to friends who had recently visited Saudi Arabia. Haleema Travel not only offered a package that was more affordable than my budget, but it also included hotel accommodation, transportation, and visits to local pilgrimage sites (ziarat: زيارات, pilgrimages to holy sites).The best part of the experience came when they upgraded my 3-star hotel to a 4-star one at no extra cost, as a room in Madinah wasn’t ready upon our arrival. With just a single WhatsApp message, Mr. Arsalan promptly booked another hotel free of charge. This quick action meant the world to me, especially since the elderly people traveling with me were in urgent need of rest.The local transportation arranged by Haleema Travel was excellent as well, featuring an 8-seater, air-conditioned van with friendly and knowledgeable drivers.Last year, my wife used Haleema Travel to secure an emergency flight to Pakistan. Once again, their advice and pricing were unbeatable, both locally and nationally.I highly recommend visiting or chatting with them before booking any travel, anywhere in the world. I’m still not sure how they manage to provide such outstanding service—truly blessed! May God bless them even more.
