When I was first notified by Hallbrook regarding my potential shares miss-selling claim I was unsure what to expect, however after speaking to one of their team who clearly laid out the issue and my options for actioning a claim, I felt confident to proceed and work with Hallbrook. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, maintained excellent lines of communication and been very transparent regarding their costs. Whilst I could’ve dealt with the claim myself, as pointed out by Hallbrook, I’m pleased that I made the decision to instruct Hallbrook to act on my behalf as the claim has been actioned quickly and efficiently. A 10/10 service, thank you.
