Hamssa is an angel. She goes beyond the call of duty to help you with your loved one that is in need of care Hospice. We are so fortunate that we were given her name and that we got to use her. I can’t express the love she has for the seniors and caring she still contacts me and checks in on me just make sure I’m OK. Where can you get that kind of service nowhere I’m telling you if you’re looking for a place for your parents or loved one call her use her. She is the best. I wish there was more people like her. She took care of everything from A-to-Z. I didn’t have to do a thing she was even there to see my mom after my mom was sent to her new home. She just checks on me too. Of experience it started that day with a phone call from her and it’s still going on today. She’s still involved and my mom is already in her new home. That’s what kind of person Hamssa is.
Hamssa came highly recommended to us from a family friend at church. She exceeded all expectations we had for a placement specialist. She helped our family find a long term care house for my father. She followed his case from the hospital, to the skilled nursing facility, and finally to the long term care facility. The whole time she would meet with his case workers, nurses, doctors and check in on my father. She would provide us with updates on his health, care plan, and discharge dates. She is extremely knowledgeable about the whole industry, and no matter what facility we went to they knew Hamssa and spoke of how great she was. Hamssa personally drove my mom and I around to carefully selected long term care facilities and answered all our questions at each one we went to. All the facilities she had selected for us were amazing and really met the needs my father needed. My family had no idea of the process, and Hamssa walked us through everything with an expertise and compassion that made it extremely easy, I can’t recommend Hamssa enough!
