The doctors took time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs very efficiently. Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this clinic and especially Dr Fazeela to anyone. I have received a promotion on my WhatsApp advertising miraculous 1-time session scar removal treatment and after having a wound on my face for 3 months and paying over 5000AED my scar looks the same if not worse. They refused to help or offer a solution, insisting to see the celebrity doctor probably to sell another “miraculous” treatment.
PATIENT'S PSYCHOLOGY COMES LAST.Dr. Rupinder Kaur Ruprai was way too brusque like she wanted to finish as quick as possible. I didn't received any human warmth or kindness. Very icy doctor. Plus, I explained I went for a simple Pap smear and that I would pay with my own money because I don't have health insurance at the moment. But the day I went, they did to me other tests I did't request, without specifying they would have charged me. So at the end of the visit I had the surprise of 3.700 aed bill. That's crazy. Never again.
Terrible clinic... please beware... I went 2 years ago for botox and fillers and was extremely unhappy with the result and when I went back for a 2nd consultation to discuss this with them they were uninterested in rectifying their mistakes or offering any form of compensation. I vowed then that I would never return... until 3 days ago when they were offering a body treatment that was buy 1 get one free, so I booked a consultation. I had previously enquired as to the price per session for this treatment and was told between 800-900 aed per session. So when I saw the promotion I was prompted to put aside what had happened there previously. However on attending the consultation I was told that the price for the buy one get one free promotion was 2000 aed... so this is actually more expensive. The consultant understood my confusion and agreed that there was something amiss and said she would speak to the management about it and come back to me. She called this morning and said the management was unwilling to do anything on the the cost of the treatments, so that is the end of my Euromed journey... I will NEVER EVER go there again as they really don't care about their clients and have no interest in helping anyone only lining their pockets.... so people beware!!!
