Story of 2 halves, but Kevin @ Handepay made it extremely easy.I wanted to look at a comparison from my original card machine, we went into costs of all types incl%, it was so much clearer and cheaper than what I was on. 1 day on I had to cancel my order (advice of accountant) so contacted Kevin directly and he managed to turn it around without any complications.When I need to return to having a card machine this will be the first place that I go to.Many thanks.
Excellent service from Lee. I was always cautions when someone’s says that they can switch me from one provider to theirs. Lee offered me a quote and showed me where I could save money. I was working with various other companies who continued to assure me I could get my card reader in a couple days. Every time I enquired where I was in the process they said that they were doing their last checks…. For a week or more. They were also difficult to contact, usually through WhatsApp. Mark Raymond HandePay called me directly, was very professional and friendly and he assured me I could get my card reader in a couple days and also that I could contact him at any time. I received my card reader 2 days later and I have called him many times and he’s always available on the phone, not on WhatsApp. Highly recommended
