This is obviously a fraudulent organization. They imitate the official hotel website and impose a shocking booking fee (€200 for a €600 reservation), which isn't clearly disclosed before confirming the reservation. I canceled immediately and received a cancellation confirmation, but they didn't actually cancel it and charged my card, resulting in a double booking I had to pay for. It's impossible to contact them, and my credit card company won't help.
Exercise caution with this website; unfortunately, like others, you'll likely discover after payment that you're not on the hotel website but on a fraudulent one. When making a reservation, the site pretends to be the hotel's official site. They will show different prices, and you'll realize on your card that they've blocked an extra $100. It's probably futile to call; the number is based in Texas, and you'll be stuck listening to music for hours without connecting to anyone. Email communication is impossible; the site doesn't exist. This is a targeted scam.
This service has very high fees that aren't disclosed until after payment. You need to read the entire terms and conditions to uncover this. For a hotel booking priced at CHF 175, I ended up paying CHF 261. Everything is billed in US dollars on the invoice, and the conversion rate is quite high. Sadly, the homepage for the selected hotel closely resembled the original site... so be careful - I believe this service is not reputable for bookings.
Completely misleading. I thought I was booking directly with the actual hotel. Made reservations in May for late October. The $797.23 was charged to my account within a few days, which had never happened before, months in advance. I called the hotel only to find out I didn't have a reservation with them. When I tried to cancel, I learned it was non-refundable. That information wasn't readily available when I booked. I made sure I could cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances. Now, I'm here, and the room has rust in the refrigerator and dishwasher door, which is visible. The dishwasher is dirty. I had to get a plunger the first time we flushed the toilet. Please be cautious. You may need to contact the hotel directly to ensure you have the correct place. The images were displayed as if legitimate. Beware.
