As with others, ordered Feb 8 (express shipping) and they claim no tracking# associated & they weren’t expecting this. It appears website moved to Shopify? Sent complaint. Now random charge on our CC which has been compromised? Will contest with bank. Do not trust.
Same thing happened to me I have ordered a crescent for Ramadan in the beginning of February.
No update no clue how to get connected with them. So frustrating that i have been scammed. I was still anticipating un till i found this forum and read all your reviews. So sad, As my 5 year old was so excited about this Ramadan item.
Placed an order at beginning of feb it has been a month and no order has arrived. I have sent them endless emails and they are ignoring me now. They first told me they shipped my order without a tracking number, now i can see other people were told the same thing.
THEY ARE CLEARLY A SCAM !!! Exploiting ramadhan.
I am waiting for my card transaction authoriser to investigate and get me my money back.
So disappointed as the website is closed down now and no way of communicating with them.
If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. My order took four weeks to arrive, and after it was marked as delivered, it was nowhere to be found. They were unable to provide a tracking number or any update on the investigation or a refund, like aprope busness will do! This has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order on 2/2. At first, the order was marked as “delayed,” but there were no real updates or clear communication.
As of today, the website is completely offline. The site was using stolen product photos from another original website and marketing heavily around Ramadan theme which clearly attracted a lot of customers.
They were also running multiple ads on Instagram which made the store appear legitimate.
I never received my item, and now the entire site has disappeared.
Please be extremely cautious and do thorough research before ordering from stores you see advertised on social media.
SCAM! Zero star! They use the month of Ramadan to steal money. Had an active website and now they clothes both the website and Instagram page. May Allah punish them for stealing from people. If you ordered there and was a victim just pray that you at least get the money back from your bank.
I wish I read all the reviews about this website before I order, but I’m now I’m so pissed that I waste over $400 on order that I did not receive and when I search it up the order number it keeps saying it’s delivered. What a shame of this website called himself a Muslim.
Never thought a Muslim company would be this pathetic but here we are. They are a scam. Never got a tracking order and 20 days later it says on their site my package was delivered when it wasn’t. They also don’t reply to emails. How can you scam people in the month of Ramadan?
