Misleading framing options for the canvas

I received the family canvas for Christmas, but the website's framing options were misleading. It suggests you can choose between light and dark frames, implying it comes framed. However, the small print indicates it's unframed, which is frustrating. My framer mentioned the canvas quality is poor, and there should be at least 1” to stretch it around the frame, which affects the print at the top. Overall, I paid $55 Canadian for the canvas and an additional $75 to have it mounted. I'm very disappointed.

Caution: No Frame Included

I received the family canvas for Christmas. The website suggests you can choose between a light and dark frame, implying it comes framed. However, the smallest print states it’s unframed, which is misleading. My framer informed me that the canvas is of low quality, and you need at least 1” to bend it around the frame and stretch it, which affects the print at the top. Additionally, I paid $55 Canadian and then $75 for mounting. Overall, I'm quite disappointed.

Deceptive Marketing

What a scam! The promotional pictures show beautiful custom Christmas decorations, but the item I received is just a 2D piece of clear plastic with a poorly printed photocopy glued on. It's worth about 50 cents, yet I paid USD$31.18.

Very Disappointing Baby's 1st Christmas Decoration

Customizing the gift was straightforward, but delivery took three weeks without prior notice. When the product arrived, I was shocked by its tacky appearance and decided against gifting it. I paid over £20 for a Baby’s First Christmas decoration that looks nothing like the website images. I wouldn’t pay even £5 for it in a store. The customer service responded quickly but their reply felt insincere, ending with 'Have a nice life.' This made me laugh! I can’t understand why so many reviews are positive; my experience would make me strongly advise against ordering from this company.

Wrong Address Issue

They shipped my item to the wrong address. I live in one location but it was sent to another town. I had to contact my credit card company because I refuse to pay for this. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from them; they seem unable to understand my situation!

Fake Tracking Information

I placed my order and paid in full. Eventually, I received a tracking number that turned out to be fake. After weeks of emails, they finally offered a refund, but kept a $5 processing fee. Now I’m out $5 with no gift and a lot of frustration.
