Terrible experience with cold calls

This company is dreadful; they will cold call you offering to build a website for £99 plus VAT, but soon after, their sales team will call asking for an additional £599 plus VAT for Google placement. I said no and parted ways within the 14-day consumer act, but they flatly refused a refund. Avoid this company; it's a scam.
