I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with HappyFares. I booked an international ticket and completed full payment. After the payment went through, their team suddenly demanded PAN card documents. I provided the PAN card immediately, yet they failed to issue my ticket.
After making me wait for updates, they sent a message saying that my booking “could not be confirmed” because seats were sold out — absolutely unacceptable, especially after taking the full amount. To make the situation worse, their customer care lines were not reachable, calls were not answered, and responses on WhatsApp were slow and evasive.
If a platform cannot issue a ticket even after receiving full payment + documents, and cannot even provide basic customer service, then it should not be selling tickets. This kind of behavior wastes time, blocks money, and disrupts travel plans. I still have not received my refund and had to restart my booking elsewhere.
I strongly advise others to avoid this website if they value reliability, transparency, and basic customer support. Totally unprofessional service.
The refund process is quite frustrating, and the system doesn't promptly update cancelled flights. They allow you to book a flight that has already been cancelled, and then refund you with a significant service charge deducted.
