A very big thanks to Mahe, our lovely and enthusiastic travel agent at Mad Monkey Village Hostel! At first we just wanted some advice on how to spend our last few days in Cairns, but when she heard we were also travelling to NZ, she spontaneously gave us a lot of travel advice for NZ too! She also took a lot of the time to thoroughly go through all the campervan options, and even helped us book the perfect match for us. Her advice was very helpful, and she even offered to explain in French or German (as we are Belgians 😉). She took a lot of planning struggles of our mind!
Had such a great experience with happy travels in nomads sydney. Jamie helped us organise our entire east coast trip australia including accommodation activities and busses ensuring we got booked into all the activities we wanted before they booked up.

I went to the location in Kings Cross. I was adviced to wait for a little while Vera was helping some other people. Because she is also Dutch and has a lot of experience of the easy coast of Australia. She was super patient and helped me with all accomodation, personal recommendations and busrides. She was also super transparant with costs which made the final overall cost easy to understand.

10/10 recommend using this company if you’re a first time solo traveller in Aus like me! No need to stress about accommodation, tours or buses! They do it all for u and at such a good price! I had the lovely Isobel helping me and she was a star! She created a plan for me within a day and in such short notice too as I was flying out just a few days before! We just completed our booking over Happy Travels for our East Coast Trip. We filled out the online Form and then started the Whatsapp Chat with a lovely girl named Brooke.
Everything was so quick and easy. She answered all of our requests within a few minutes or hours. We took things out, put them back in, all no problem!
If we weren‘t sure about a certain Trip if we should do it or wanted to know more, Brooke gave us the best tips and recommendations. The phone call was amazing, she took us thru our whole trip and helped us so well with our transaction. Also booking all of our bus rides for us was no problem and she offered it straight away to us.
We are so excited to stay at all the hostels she chose for us and especially the activities, we picked alot and got amazing recommendations about K‘gari, the Whitsunday Sailing Trip and many more.
