Ear buds broke after 1 month of use, sent back replaced with the exact same product, asked me to send back again.. im disabled and walking to post office has been a nightmare. AVOID. these aren't cheap earbuds. 70 odd quid for one working earbud.
DO NOT ORDER SCAM COMPANY!They lablel packages with incorrect addresses on purpose and then have them shipped back to the ware house where they then claim to have not received it back and wont refund your money. Company needs to be put under investigation for fraud.
I ordered new ear pads (oval) at jbl.se for my daughter's headphones (JBL Tune 720BT). No instructions were included on how to remove the old ear pads and installing the new ones. I contacted Harman (owner of JBL) via chat. The "agent" couldn't help me and instead escalated the matter to a product specialist for further assistance.The next day, I received an email from the same person with instructions that later turned out to be incorrect. I tried following them in reverse to remove the old ear pads, but without success. I then replied, asking for clarification. A new email arrived with a link to a YouTube video, not uploaded by JBL or Harman though. It was for the Tune 500BT, which has round ear pads and are mounted differently than the ones on the 720BT.I responded again, asking if they were serious and if they even knew what the ear pads for the 720BT looked like. Nearly 3 weeks later, I still haven't received a reply. I eventually found several YouTube videos for the 720BT myself.
I ordered some headphones and paid promptly. The website said it would be delivered in 1-2 days. A week goes by, nothing, no communication, I only found out that the item was on its way back to their depot when checking the package tracking on PayPal. I've emailed them asking for help, no acknowledgement, no response. Then I emailed them again asking for a full refund.... Still waiting. AVOID these charlatans!
If I could do 0 stars I would, both Harman international and JBL. Such a scam service, I didn’t receive my £160 speaker and they are refusing to send it to me, MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!!! PLEASE DON’T BUYI will be going to head office to report this and trading standards because with this cost of living, I’ve got nothing to lose.
This company is deeply disappointing. They don't bring much value, as they merely resell products made by others. Their existence feels unnecessary, especially given the poor leadership practices. Senior management seems to rely on favoritism and connections for promotions rather than merit or skill.
DISGUSTING SERVICE- DON'T USE.Order placed 10 November and payment taken. The confirmation email advised delivery would be 1 to 2 days but the goods were never delivered. Harman refused to resend the goods, despite their courier company not even attempting to deliver to me. They failed to fulfil our consumer contract, but refused to give me a refund until they had received the goods back in their warehouse. This has been going on for nearly two weeks. Very unhappy.
JBL HDI 3800 floorstanding speakers. I still haven't received a response from Harman.com about my JBL speakers. I am so unhappy with them that I might just put them in a closet so I don't see them anymore. I see the JBL brand all over. In my opinion, they are not high-quality products. When your shopping electronics you should not be considering JBL.
