If I could rate lower, I would. My last two experiences have been frustrating. First, during my visit, the store was overwhelmed, and the line extended throughout the front. There was no management present to assist or direct, and no extra registers opened. The second issue arose with my online order, where one item was unavailable. I had signed up for text alerts, but received nothing—no alerts, no emails, no calls. When I arrived at the store expecting my items, I was told, "I don't know why everyone is ordering these; we've been out for days." With poor management, a lackluster website, and terrible customer service, this company has completely lost my business. I hope to see it fail like others have, and I’ll celebrate when it does.
I received my receipt and was encouraged to complete the survey. It indicated I had 5 days to redeem, so on the 4th day, I tried to take the survey, but the website stated that the survey was no longer available. Shopping date was 12/19/2025, reference number 055001, total amount spent was $286.13.

I have been a customer for 20 years, but I was let down by a rude and disrespectful employee at the self-checkout and the store manager today. There was an issue with the machine, and the employee began searching my bags, suspecting theft. When I called for the manager, she was just as disrespectful. Both displayed a lack of basic customer service skills. Very disappointing.
I've been shopping here since moving to the area a year ago, primarily for meat. Recently, I asked the manager if the selection was natural and organic, and he admitted it wasn't. I questioned why the sign claimed otherwise, and he dismissively suggested I take it down myself. This raises concerns about other misleading practices in the store.
At the local store, several employees consistently smell of marijuana. I reported this to the meat department manager, who shrugged it off, and the customer service manager said there was nothing they could do due to corporate policies. My attempts to reach out for further assistance have gone unanswered.
I had an awful experience at the store when my husband, who is disabled, was with his well-trained service dog. A cashier started yelling and throwing bags, causing a scene. My husband left, feeling ashamed. This was a blatant act of discrimination against a disabled person, and the store manager did not even apologize. The store has deteriorated over the years.
During my visit, there were no cashiers available, forcing everyone to use self-checkout with long lines. The situation only improved when I triggered an alert by scanning a bottle of wine. This was the most frustrating experience I've had at this store.
