Very poor service from Chloe Scott. Wanted to make a large corporate order for valentines, had expressed the timeline for delivery in the initial email. Chloe expressed after a few days this was not possible and would only arrive after Valentines. She was unresponsive when sending urgent emails for updates and her responses were unsympathetic. I can to cancel the order and find an alternative vendor.

What a Real treat to get a Box of Chocolates that just made our Late Gathering Christmas as a family so much better. There was a Choice of a Treat for every one of us and we even started up a Lilly 0"Brien"s Chocolate Taste Quiz after the Box had been empty for well over an hour. I Never thought any Other Chocolate could take the Crown off Dairy Box Milk Chocolate Number 1 List , Look who was so wrong and I Look Forward to The Next Family Gathering with The Guest of Honour Lily 0"Briens Chocolate at The top of the Dining toom table xx
I am absolutely delighted with Lily O'Brien's chocolates. I was late placing an order in time for my husband's birthday on 20th January. I ordered on 19th but was both surprised and absolutely delighted that they arrived next day on 20th (delivery usually 2-3 days). Chloe in customer care was extremely helpful and communications by email are excellent. Lily O'Brien chocolates are the only ones we ever buy - they are far better than any other chocolate manufacturer. Thank you.

Lily O'Brien's Chocolates started life as the brainchild of Mary Ann O'Brien who, having recovered from a debilitating illness in the early 1990s, discovered her true passion for all things chocolate. Embarking on a journey of discovery, Mary Ann honed her chocolate-making skills among world class chefs and chocolatiers in both South Africa and Europe before starting her own mini enterprise from her Kildare kitchen in 1992. With little more than two saucepans, a wooden spoon and her then toddler, Lily, acting as production manager Mary Ann began to create high quality chocolate recipes for friends and family.
Not satisfied with the scale of her enterprise she soon expanded in the hope of positioning excellent Irish chocolate on the world map. Naming the company after her daughter Lily seemed like the most natural thing to do at the time and since then Lily O'Brien's chocolates has established itself as one of Ireland's best-loved chocolatiers.
With Mary Ann still at the helm of the business, the passion that first inspired her chocolate honeycomb hedgehogs is still present in every aspect of the business and family values remain at the very core of Lily O'Brien's. Based in the heart of Co. Kildare, Mary Ann and her team continue to develop mouth-watering chocolate creations using the finest quality ingredients.See more
