Both insurance companies indicated that we didn't need an incident report to make their decision.The Hartford claims department is based out of Phoenix, AZ.After reviewing the details of the incident and the subsequent claims process, I realized that my initial statements may have inadvertently misrepresented the circumstances surrounding the accident. I had to get the incident report changed to reflect that I did not mention I was dealing with vision issues to the College Station Police Department. Understanding the importance of honesty and transparency in insurance matters, I want to ensure that all information related to this claim is accurate and truthful.I appreciate the efforts made by Mrs. Forster in processing my claim and reversing it to no fault.However, Progressive has not seen it that way.
