Communication was poor, commitments were unmet, and I was left without a functioning vehicle while still making payments. The situation was finally resolved only after escalating it to the relevant oversight authority, which ruled in my favor and granted compensation. The handling of my legitimate complaint was entirely inadequate.

Deceptive practices—stay away

After leasing a vehicle for four years and returning it with full service records and low mileage, I was shocked to hear they claimed there were no service stamps. I didn’t keep a copy of the service book, not anticipating such dishonesty. I will now obtain duplicate records from the garages to prove they are lying. If you return a leased vehicle, make sure to keep copies of all paperwork and take pictures of service book stamps. This company is dishonest, and I will be escalating my complaint.

Complete scam. Avoid this leasing service

After reading the reviews, I can confirm they are accurate. The financing service is unprofessional and incompetent. They attempt to charge me for a missed service, despite having only had one and not owning the vehicle for two years. They are also claiming damage that is negligible and falls under normal wear and tear. It’s evident this is a money-making scheme, with some car manufacturers complicit in this unethical practice. They clearly disregard their customers.

Unauthorized agreement causing major issues

I discovered someone had taken out a car agreement using my address without my knowledge. Despite reporting this issue multiple times over the years, the company assured me it would be resolved, but nothing changed. I eventually received a letter acknowledging a final payment, suggesting the issue might be resolved, but no one confirmed this. To make matters worse, they repeatedly sent sensitive financial information belonging to this individual to my home address, showing a severe breach of privacy. The lack of communication and ineffective action has been entirely unacceptable.

Avoid this finance service

I purchased a vehicle in August 2022. After a breakdown in March 2025, it was towed to a dealer, and repairs took three months with no updates. I was told a necessary part wouldn’t arrive until October 2025, leading me to request contract termination. I have an email confirming this, but despite numerous follow-ups, the contract remains active, and they're impacting my credit file. This company has not resolved my issue despite complaints and discussions with management.

This company is a complete disappointment. I returned my vehicle under the voluntary termination provision but was initially ignored. After asserting the legality of my request, they presented an unreasonable list of charges against me. Complaining yielded minimal results, and despite my efforts, they failed to address my concerns adequately. Poor customer service

I spoke with a customer service representative and had to ask for her name multiple times before she finally provided it. She disconnected the call while I was talking and repeatedly spoke over me, which was very frustrating. She suggested an unreasonable fee for extending my contract when I was already paying a substantial amount. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable.
