Didnt over promise and under deliver, if anything they did the opposite. Would 100% recommended to anyone who can't get anywhere with their own GP. Phone consultation same day, 3 hours after I made my initial phone call. Got a prescription sent via email 10 minutes after call ended, then received a follow up appointment from my own GP.

I faced continuous difficulties with my local GP, struggling to get past reception or the practice manager for any medical assistance. After undergoing surgery privately, my GP declined to provide any aftercare, including a sick note. I spent hours seeking help from my GP without success. However, when I booked a telephone consultation with a different service, they were able to connect with me just a couple of hours later. The representative was attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate, providing the sick line that my own GP had refused. This was a significant relief during my recovery. I cannot recommend this service highly enough; I would have been completely lost without their support. Thank you!
