Review Time
Only time I have had an issue was when one of my prescriptions was out of stock, no one called to tell me.
I called them to be told they had the prescription and would be sent in the next few days… it didn’t.
I rang again, to then be told the medication came under “national shortage” and they would let me know when they were in stock… by which I am month 2 without. That was over a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything nor did I get any of that medication sent.
So minus lack of communication when out of stock, or when you need a prescription that isn’t showing so need to go via GP website as well as coda app. But!! When they are on point, it is quick and means I don’t have to risk my safety to go out to a pharmacy when I am unable to.

The Services I’ve received from the pharmacy is pretty excellent. However, the app needs a serious update sometime soon. Formatting is dated and the app does not track adequately the process of ordering a prescription. No text message either to say that he is on his way.
