I buy from healthy planet every couple of months. I'm in Quebec and there's no healthy planet franchise here. Everything comes very well packed, and the specials are great,
One star is far too generous for the appalling customer service I encountered. Uninformed, ineffective, and lacking any customer care skills. I am utterly appalled by how they managed my order and the numerous issues that arose. I will never shop there again. Disgraceful service!
I ordered two deodorants from a seller in December 2025. Unfortunately, when I tried them, they both had a "mush-like" texture. I was very disappointed since this was my second order and I expected the same great quality as my first order in the fall of 2025. I have sent two emails regarding this issue but haven’t received a response. It seems that customer support is not a priority. Interestingly, my December delivery arrived faster, even during a snowstorm. Customer support should be able to email me without any issues, even in bad weather. Overall, I'm very let down by both the product and the customer service.
Fantastic deals, speedy shipping, and an excellent selection of items. The only drawback: the service isn’t categorized as a grocery store on my credit card, meaning I miss out on grocery rewards—something that would enhance the overall experience. 🤍
An amazing place to shop! I've been visiting for many years. The staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Today, a representative at the local branch in the beauty aisle assisted me in quickly locating some items. All the staff are outstanding and always ready to help.
