Frustrating experience with returns. They claim a 100-day return policy, but when I tried to return the wrong item, they refused, stating it was used. Despite paying for the return, I received no refund or exchange. I've been buying online for 20 years and this has been the worst experience. It might be worth clarifying your return policy more transparently.
