This was my first time working with KDP publishing, and I approached the process with a mix of excitement and uncertainty. My project manger Mary Grace, demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Hazel Carter did a good job of staying on top of things. I found her very helpful. The only problem I had was, sometimes, our phone conversations were challenging because of background noise. I’m not the best at using technology, but Hazel helped me manage that minefield.
