Is anyone managing this sale? The memorandum of sale was sent on the 10th of September 2025. To date, our solicitor has sent many emails but has not received any inquiries or finalized the contract with the buyer's solicitor. She has received emails from a representative awaiting director sign-off before inquiries can be raised. How long does this take? It is now the 2nd of December and still nothing has been received. This is completely ridiculous. Is there actually anyone from the service managing this sale?

This company represented my buyer - the trainee was slow, did not respond well under pressure, and dragged the process on with many scattered questions. While on holiday, there was no cover, and the entire process took 9 months. A solicitor should be a professional, not someone who works with a rigid, slow attitude. If this had been my solicitor, they would have been let go immediately.
