Constant harassment from this company. Explain the situation to them. I have spoken with the financial ombudsman regarding the debt they are chasing and several times I've called them and told them I'm legally not the person who owes the money its my ex employer who when into administration even the bailiff took the mobile phone from me as it was a company phone. I've now blocked them. Used a friend's mobile phone to call them and now my friend is being harassed by TM Legal legally they are not allowed to do that as I stated in the phone call I made to them it's not my phone number. Very pushy company the FCA need to have a look into there pushy tactics.
