Amazing experience in the Dubai desert

I have originally received the tickets for my booking #1314180 but then randomly they disappered, went missing from the website and if i check my wallet they have been updated as invalid even if the event has not taked place yet

Fake tickets, no refund

Tickets that were issued were fake, Hellotickets denied refund. We purchased Roma tickets on the 16th of March. The tickets were under a different name, when scanned at the gate we were denied entry. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service for two months and have just been denied a refund, despite answering all of their many, many queries.Avoid using this company.
