A few months back, I purchased tickets for an event on 22nd January. Unfortunately, an unexpected medical issue has arisen, requiring me to be hospitalized on the 23rd. I was uncertain about how to handle the tickets, unsure if a refund was possible or if I could sell them. I reached out to the platform where I bought the tickets and received assistance from a Senior Customer Experience Representative. She was incredibly understanding and supportive regarding my situation. She arranged a refund voucher for the full ticket value, valid for any show in the next 12 months. Her help was invaluable. She responded to my inquiries quickly, making the entire process feel friendly and efficient. I’m relieved to have a positive resolution from such a stressful experience.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM

This company is a total scam. STAY AWAY. Tickets are significantly pricier than booking directly. They charge a booking fee for EACH ticket, which in my case was £53 PER TICKET. It's just unethical.

Directions button led us astray

When sending an email with a 'Get directions' button, please ensure it directs to the theatre entrance, not just the street where the theatre is located. Unfortunately, the directions took us to the middle of the street, causing confusion and delays, leading us to miss the beginning of the show.
